This 6-week series is a holistic, body-based approach to managing symptoms of depression. In this group, students will learn the yogic lens of how depression impacts your body, breath and mind. Each week will introduce simple yoga tools to elevate your mood and create new patterns in your body, mind and spirit. Course includes weekly handouts so you can use the practices at home. This course is designed for students with generalized depressive disorders. Those with a trauma history or combined anxiety / depressive disorders are encouraged to register for Awaken.
