SUSTAIN - Yoga for Anxiety


This four week course is appropriate for individuals who are seeking holistic, body-based tools to help them manage the symptoms of their anxiety. The group yoga therapy experience will offer support, specific yoga practices and education each week. This course is designed for generalized anxiety disorders. Those with a trauma history or combined anxiety / depressive disorders are encouraged to register for Awaken. Handouts are included and individual application of yoga tools outside of the group is encouraged. Limited to 10 participants - course will be held ONLINE due to current local health restrictions.
